Same export styles. - Other on-screen PII (badges, screens, paperwork, tattoos): manual only, static or tracked regions. Same export styles. - Audio (spoken names, other speech): manual time ranges only. No speech-to-text and no automatic mute. Export can mute or beep those ranges. Do not describe Video Blackout as automatic audio redaction or as an online blur tool. ## Typical workflow 1. Install the Windows app. Sign in on https://videoredaction.io (Google or email). A paid license binds to a hardware ID. 2. Open a local video file. Nothing is uploaded. 3. Run auto-detect for faces and/or plates, then review. Draw extra boxes where detection missed. For audio, mark ranges by hand. 4. Export a new MP4.
